WEBSITE DESIGN
Requirement Analysis
During the initial Requirements Analysis stage the business analyst and the client's team gather the requirements for the solution. The client is responsible for articulating the business requirements and the ideal future business process flow. A cross functional team is then formed to represent all departments impacted by the new e-commerce solution. The requirements are then detailed in the Requirements Analysis Document. Any gaps that exist between Webfoot®'s standard functionality and the client's requirements are noted in the Gap Analysis document. The client then reviews the document to ensure that all of the requirements have been gathered.
Business Design
The Business Design phase drills down on all items marked as gaps from the Requirements stage and through the course of mutual discussion with the client, a solution for each gap is determined. The Functional Requirements Document details the proposed solution for each gap and documents all business rules, processes and assumptions made during planning. The client will be asked to sign off on this document prior to site configuration.
Technical Design
The technical design details the technical aspects of the solution (hardware, software, application dependencies, and programming process flow on custom). Keyora will create a complete storyboard of all pages contained in the web site for the client to review. Once approved, a detailed task road-map is determined, outlining the tasks to be completed.
